When you accept both the offer and the associated conditions, we will proceed with the actual acquisition and handle the necessary procedures and paperwork. We will constantly keep you informed during this process, ensuring everything has been completed and documented. Then you may call yourself the new owner of that property.

Of course, we will take care of all the arrangements in that scenario, so you have nothing to worry about.

If you decide to rent out your property, we will determine your options together. The most significant differences lie in long-term and short-term rental.

Long term rental

Long-term rental means a rental period of at least one year. The advantage of this form of rental is you will know what your rental income will be for that coming year. You also know exactly who is renting your home in that year and that there will be no changes in between. 

Short term rental

A short-term rental usually involves renting for a few days, weeks, or months, often to ex-pats or tourists. These can be business tenants who rent temporarily, for example, during a business trip, or you can choose to rent out your property to tourists on a platform like Airbnb.

The advantage of a short-term rental is higher rental income. But at the same time, this will also increase management costs. Another advantage is the flexibility to stay in your property for a vacation or a few days away if your property is not rented out to third parties.

Management & Maintenance

Once you own a property in Dubai, JW Real Estate Dubai can ensure that management is entirely taken care of, meaning you don’t have to do anything yourself. This can be the case when you rent out your property or choose not to do so and only use it yourself. In both cases, we will ensure your property remains in tip-top condition, relieving you of any worries.

We also arrange maintenance with this service. Our maintenance service ensures that the property is kept clean (on a daily basis) and that the overall condition is well maintained. This way, you or your tenants always enjoy a perfect place to stay in Dubai.


JW Real Estate Dubai also offers you the opportunity to invest in a rent-to-rent apartment. These apartments are divided in sections that can be offered separately. Thus providing several people a place to stay.

As a result, a higher price can be requested for the rented apartment.

Doing so gives you the advantage of making a return on your capital for a relatively low amount – because investing in a rent-to-rent apartment is possible from as little as 10,000 euros.
