Why Dubai
Dubai is one of the seven emirates that have made up the United Arab Emirates since 1971. Dubai has a tremendously nice climate; about 9 months of the year it is around 30 degrees here and in winter the temperature drops to about 25 degrees. Dubai is often seen as a modern blend of east and west, where (unprecedented) luxury is much in evidence. From shopping malls to hotels and recreation to real estate.
